This freezit/popsicle inspired gin cocktail recipe with its vanilla delight, is a refreshing ode to the tropic hot spent as a child in Southern Africa.

Ingredients

• 15ml , 1/2oz lemon juice
• 60 ml / 2 oz dry gin
• 100 ml /3.3 oz  cream soda cordial
• soda water

Method

• In a shaker with ice, add lemon juice , gin and the cream soda cordial.
• Shake for 8-10 seconds and pour into a chilled high ball glass with ice.
• Top it off with the soda water & gentle stir. Garnish with a quarter lemon.
