This freezit/popsicle inspired gin cocktail recipe with its vanilla delight, is a refreshing ode to the tropic hot spent as a child in Southern Africa.

Ingredients
- 15ml , 1/2oz lemon juice
- 60 ml / 2 oz dry gin
- 100 ml /3.3 oz cream soda cordial
- soda water
Method
- In a shaker with ice, add lemon juice , gin and the cream soda cordial.
- Shake for 8-10 seconds and pour into a chilled high ball glass with ice.
- Top it off with the soda water & gentle stir. Garnish with a quarter lemon.
