This delightful tropical tangy pineapple drink, with its added kick of cane sugar liquor, squeeze of zesty lemon and a splash of ginger Ale for a touch of elegance, will have you liven up any occasion.

Ingredients
- 30ml/ 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 20ml/0.6oz Lemon juice
- 50ml/ 1.69oz Cane sugar Liquor
- 100 ml/ 3.3oz Ginger Ale
Method
- Add ice into a shaker, with pineapple juice, cane sugar liquor & lemon juice, shake for 8- 10 seconds
- Pour into a glass & top it off with ginger ale & stir gently.
- Garnish with Lemon quarter.
Notes
- This recipe was inspired by Zola Nene’s pineapple ginger juice brew.
- You can substitute a cane sugar liquor with Vodka.
